Unaware buyer - new to ebay - leaving negative feedback without any reason

Recently a new buyer anuguraju2010 left a negative feedback for our 6 in 1 solar kit.

We would like to clarify the following as I think the buyer is new to ebay and its his first purchase, he is unaware of the product:

1.There is no updated contact no. as buyer's number is not reachable.
2.I am also not sure if buyer has understood the product clearly, as there is no solar battery option in the kit.
3.If buyer has bought any solar charger from outside, as we didn't provide him any, nor is it present in the kit, how can the negative feedback relate to our product in this case?

Please delete this negative feedback as it is not making any sense.

Ebay will not delete the negative feedback unless the buyer wishes so.Please mail the buyer if you cannot contact by phone,and request the buyer to remove negative feedback.
