I got this mail from buyer, that says recent changes in ebay have created serious problems. If they dont spend $150 for software, they cant access ebay and PayPal:

Hello. As you might well know, Ebay made some major changes to their website in February which has caused thousands of North American members like me to get stranded! I cannot place a bid on an item without much difficulty, I cannot contact sellers directly (I am using an indirect connection now), I cannot even pay through Paypal! I had my computer cleaned up for possible viruses but it made no difference. The problem is an internal issue through Ebay and not an external virus. I am not going to pay $150 for a compatible software to get access to the new Ebay system. So, I have to ask you to send me a PaisaPay invoice for all my recent purchases. I will try PaisaPay and hopefully it should work; if not, I will let you know.
Since you will be sending the invoice through Ebay, it may or may not show on my screen due to the recent problems. So, as soon as you send the invoice, please email me directly through my email address below so that I will let you know if there is any problem.
