Transaction problems when Debit card used

Hi,

I wanted to buy a mobile phone (AUSU P320) worth 8998 (including my discount vouchers  ) from your site Ebay.co.in using my Citibank debit card, but during the process, the page showed the error and transaction aborted. BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT IS DEBITED 8998/-. Please look into this matter and credit the amount to my bank.


The following is the error what I got during transaction.
The PaisaPay payment system cannot be accessed due to one or more of the following reasons:
• The page might be temporarily unavailable - please try again later.
• The page has timed out,because you exceeded the time allowed for this step - please try once again.
• Your browser does not allow or support JavaScript - check your browser for JavaScript settings and capabilities.

Below is the debit card transaction information from CITIBANK

Please look into this matter and credit the amount to my bank.

The URL of eBay India is .in & NOT .co.in

eBay's PaisaPay accepts only credit cards and internet banking. Debit cards are NOT accepted by PaisaPay.

Click on Help then Contact Us. Send an email to eBay giving all the details you have.

As per my knowledge, Citibank Debit card is accepted by PaisaPay (under online bank transfer). ---------------
