I have ordered for the below product yesterday and paid it by netbanking. Professional Foot Bath Massager with Infrared Foot Spa Massager With Roller Transaction details - BIL/000983741564/FOOT/EBAY_GICI453336 Amount Paid - 1,499. I got an error message after the payment is done stating the payment is not accepted but it got deducted from my account and it is not reflecting in my order list as well. I waited till today and the amount is not refunded also. Please let me know the status of this issue when will I get the money refunded.
Tried reaching customer care but it is waiting in Que for more than 1 hrs and gets disconnected.
