Transaction Missing

Hi ebayers!
Today i purchased Western Digital Ext HDD of worht Rs:5259/- thru paisepay unforunately the transaction was missing .but in my bank account the amount has been deducted.In my ebay account thier is no details about purchased details.Can somebody help me with this problem????

This seems to be a system problem with eBay today. I can see 2 orders in pending to be shipped. But when I downloaded awaiting shipment report, these two are not there. I havent even received any email from ebay regarding these 2 orders, nor the buyers. Hope it will be sorted out soon.

The same thing has happened with me 2 days back, buyer sent me a mail that 2 times he paid and transaction is showing failed please check the same, when I saw the sold list, it was showing as "payment pending" for both but NO mail was received from paispay regarding this sale and today morning still no mail received from paisapay but both the transactions NOW show as payment received and paisapay id has been assigned to it.

I beleive there is some issue going on with paisapay payment gateway but if you see the past record of ebay/paisapay this is nothing new to get surprised. *****************

Hey I paid my selling fees of Rs4168 yesterday but the transaction failed and money got debited from my bank account. No confirmation from paisapay either. Now my due date is 30th september. What shall I do now? I have already given the bank transaction reference number to ebay live chat support executive but still my account shows the selling fees as due. Please help anyone.

@greatdealsindia2012... Don't worry. I had my experience with PaisaPay fees and paid twice. It takes some days to reflect on eBay A/c. That is why I don't wait for the last week to pay my fees.
