Money not yet refund

Hello Sir, As per the dicussion happened over the phone.Why it is taking so much time for refund the money even though its a popular bank.Please send me the update and take the action.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret for the inconvenience caused. Generally it require 3-4 working days to reflect refunded amount back to the original mode of payment in case of Credit Card transaction.

Since i haven't received the product, Why seller kept my refund on hold. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
