Totally got cheated with a buyer called askson

i bought a zippo blu cost Rs 3150 from the buyer name askson . got it delivered in a week i even gave him a positive feedback. but after filling the fuel, it did'nt work. i returned the product via courier on august 2010. till date i never got it back. i have been following up with him since last two months and now he is not even picking up my calls...

this is cheating, please can anyone help me..i am a new user in ebay so dont now how to take up this matter

should have opened up ebay guarantee claim, and could open up item not as described claim and item not received claim if your item receipt was not confirmed by you.

zippo has lifetime free warranty - hope urs is original; u can send it back to Zippo in USA and they replace or repair free!
