Customers are having an ordeal of an experience on your site. Someone needs to put the house in order. Flipkart and Amazon are breathing down your neck.

 

Albeit a 5 Star rated buyer for over half a decade, I have been at the receiving end ever since I decided to buy this product at eBay. The experience with the eBay team has been as ridiculous as it was with the seller.

 

I had raised a claim for a refund because the product is poor in quality and the seller was non responsive. Now I'm expected to ship the "BED" back to the seller. How on earth do you expect a buyer to arrange for a shipment such as that? This is not my business.

 

Please get it looked into and absolve hapless, trusting and loyal customers from this agony. Else, the only recourse I have is to never return to eBay.
