Item bought on 4 May 2011, Gift no where in sight till date, neither did
similar mails like this provide any solution.
Should i be celebrating the 1st anniversary of broken promise by ebay now? What am i supposed to do here. i feel totally helpless. chatroom executives take down problem and nothing happens, phone executives tell there is nothing that can be done except writing mail on the CS mail ID, which after a few attempts and zero replies i stopped doing. This has become a crap now. All sort of patience has run out. I feel like abusing on the forum someone. Is there no one to take count of. Are all dumb and is ebay fully computerized where mails are not read or answered.
