I have been made to understand that PayPaisa(PP hence forth) team has been trying to call me (regarding 190014687025(PP17374592224) & 200011929677(PP17362199494)). I have been told this after “I CONTACTED YOU”. A reputed Co. as your’s & you couldn’t even take initiative to inform me via E-mail. Great Customer Service. I may be doing business with the wrong Co. Hi Pritamji

Here below my comments regarding your issue.

Similar cases I have faces from some buyers whose payment confirmation(payment amount avove Rs. 1000/-) has been delayed or rejected by PP.
The main purpose for contacting buyer over phone is to verify his/her payment physically. Which is not possible by email conversation. This step is to minimize chargeback from CC gateway.
Delay or rejection occurs when buyers change their contact no as mentioned in eBay registration form.

Sellers has no direct role in this verification process. But when a buyer asked about the delay in transaction to a seller, seller should act as a mediator between PP and Buyer. Seller should provide the exact reason of delay/rejection from PaisaPay dept.
Or buyer may know the same by contacting PP customer Support.

I as a seller has shorted out some similar cases where buyers were out of contact due to changed contact no or out of station.


In general case PP take max 48 working hours to clear payment made thru CC.
