from last 2 months i am facing problem of your system fault , on certain order the VAT is not calculated due to your system fault .
when we have contacted customer care we have received same reply as please ask buyer to pay for it .
how can we ask buyer to pay extra for tax after his clear payment on ebay.
due to same we are loosing our margin on product , as we have to pay it from our pocket.
please look for it & solve the issue .
