Two cases I experienced. The buyers managed to drag the delivery beyond 7 days and claimed refund as item not delivered within the delivery time and next day he received and refused to confirm the delivery. The Customer care, though given evidence that the buyer has received it next day, awarded "refund" claiming that delivery was not made within time limit. Thus I lost money. On collecting further details, I have come to know that any buyer can delay the delivery officially claiming that he is out of station and willing to receive after 5 days or 7 days ..like that...with post office one can delay up to 15 days like this. But these details are not available to sellers to contest against the buyer claim. How can a seller sell with this delivery condition?. There can be condition to ship within few days. But when the delivery is at the hands of shipping agency, what can a seller do? A disastrous consequence is going to be experienced by every seller soon.
