eBay charges final value fee as soon as the buyer effects a sale whether the buyer pays or not. It has no bearing to eBay whether the sale got through or not. If the buyer refused to cancel the sale the seller will not be refunded the FVF. When the buyer has paid by PaisaPay eBay does not allow seller to cancel the sale. Whenever seller applies for cancellation of sale, eBay prompts the buyer to get refund from seller and then only agree to cancel the sale whereas the funds paid by buyer is with eBay/paisapay. There is no indication anywhere whether the FVF will be refunded to seller when a sale is canceled by the seller on request from buyer but refuses to give consent in resolution centre. What is the stand of eBay when the seller fails to ship the item and there upon the sale gets cancelled, will they refund FVF or not?..They don't refund..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whether any seller has verified his account in such event?
