Yes, why not? If I was in place of eBay owners, I would have provided a 24 hour toll-free help-line telephone number, wherein anyone could enquire about just anything and the members would be assigned some secret code numbers to be verified when they make some specific enquiry about their account or buying-selling or anything like that.
It could have increased the members' confidence and my business manifold....... Yours always

I purchased two data cards from e-bay.com on 13th April 2012 and i got on 17th April 2012 from Mediatech computers and out of two one data card is not working because its locked.Please either unlock or change this Data Card.Details are as below :-

I purchased webcam on 2nd May 2012. but till date May 10th 2012 it is not delivered.When purchased it was said that it will be home delivered.When called Blue dart he says wrong address and he wants me to come to his office and collect the shipment.Kindly don't send any material with Blue dart.If they are unable to identify address pls tell me if i can cancel the order and will i get my money back?

I have purchased an item from ebay on 16th April 2012, however its been almost a month time now, but I have not yet received the product.
I have raised the ebay guarantee concern twice in meantime, there have been no contact from vendor side or ebay side as yet.
very disappointing, discouraging any further online transaction and definitely impact the overall goodwill of ebay as an online shopping stop.

i filed a case against the seller with paisapay. but still their no reposes from seller or paisapay.
