Firstly I apologize for using this kind of title. I had reported a member id karpaga to ebay India trust and safety team. (The team itself does not understand the meaning of it). The member has a invalid phone number. As per ebay policy you cannot give any false details to ebay. But this member did.
When I reported to trust and safety they confirmed that number is invalid and non contactable. But they failed to take action on the member's account.
When I asked Mr Vikram Punja on this he said that they are sending email to buyer and mails are not bouncing so he is contactable. That was the most senseless answer I would have ever got. Also the big joke it they are sending email to the member from last one month but till date member has not given correct phone no.
But as per trust and safety what ever false information you give to ebay for registering the account but if they send mail it does not bounce back that your account is safe and you can do what ever you want with fogged info.
This is the great trust and safety of ebay for their site. If member does not reply to ebay trust and safety but mails are going through so member is contactable irrespective of other information are fogged.
I give a hats of to them for inviting for fraudster to the site.
