I find shopping on eBay India to be quite convenient, and secure, but I would like the following additions to it
1) Cash on Delivery Payment Option
2) Place order via a phone call
3) Item selection guide, tools for all items.
4) Rating for all items
a. User generated
b. Given out by experts which eBay employs/consults
c. Drawn from other web sites like Amazon, PC Magazine, etc.
5) Section to buy groceries, medicines, etc.
6) For health information and products, there should be a certification like the HONcode certification.
I hope eBay India would find my suggestions useful and work on them to make eBay India better.
