I like to congratulate Ebay.in team for coming up with such noble idea and atlast implementing it. Though its stating from today, I like to put few suggestions to it. Though its no-where mentioned, I would like to propose the mechanism of selecting the jury:-
As there are 21 Jury member, 10-10 each should be from people who are mainly sellers and people who are mainly buyers (Criteria already mentioned).
The 21st should be a mainly a BUYER if the complainant is a SELLER and vice-versa - which I believe will bring the Community Court a real Justice place...
Anonymity of Jury is must....
