Still haven't recieved my refund from PAISAPAY after a month ....

I had purchased an item no . 30110259096 on 11/10/11 which was canceled but i haven't still received my refund by PaisaPay ..customer support keeps telling that it times to process the transaction for the bank . But does it really take about a month to be processed. Please Help!!
