Can anyone let me know if we in Sri Lanka can buy via Ebay and pay via PayPal?

Hi,
Anyone residing outside India can buy in ebay India. You have to check the listing whether the seller is providing international delivery or not. Else you can confirm that from the seller.

Anyone having a credit card can pay thru PaisaPay. PayPal is accepted by some sellers of ebay India but PaisaPay payments carry insurance of ebay India, hence, more apt. .

but the best optrion is of course to ask a
question and confirm with the seller if want to use
any other option like paypal etc

I have shipped to an user in Colomo.
But can a member sell at eBay India from Srilanka?
I am curious.
How does the buyer get paid by PaisaPay?,
Or whether PayPal is available in Srilanka.
Or is it possible to have a paypal button in eBay.in listing?
I really dont know.

Our PaisaPay is much better than PayPal.I know that.
