Therefore, it has now become very important that we get a "Report" button besides every postings, so that we can report it and request eBay to remove the post or move it to another more appropriate category.
What about you, Guys? Please share your views with us.

i am not so sure about the Report button though - it starts what is known as 'Report-spam' whereby the moderator is overloaded by so many reported posts that it is difficult for him/her to manage - not that the moderators here are very active anyway!!
to counter this, forum-sites introduce what is known as Rep - if you report too many posts falsely, then your Rep goes down...too low and you are not allowed to post...but that would be too much trouble for too less. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.

There should be active moderators, or users to whom some power is provided to clean up the mess. There can also be some special titles/Scores on the basis of the relevant posts by a user. And all posts should be rated which would affect the score of the user posting those.
Dead Post take away the attention which a new post should get. Moderators should lock them on their own.

eBay international has a separate Answer Center which is in turn segregated into various sub-sections wherein users can ask questions and doubts about anything eBay to the fellow users. also, one gets to rate the answers provided by the users. which does justice to both the question and the answerer.
discussion forums and feedback forums are separate from the answer center and there is a chat room for casual discussions.
even if ebay India implements a skeleton of this, it will be many times useful to the users. of course, moderators will still be required. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
