Seller has neither given a tax invoice despite several reminders and calls. Phone always busy, no one returns calls. Device not functioing properly, had asked for refund under paisapay terms.
Seller says since it is a company packed item, I should approach the after sales service team. Why should I go through the botheration?

you did not mention the item name and did they promise to send you bill? I m a seller as well but selling on such a plateform where every item is so competitively rated plus shipping and ebay fee charges, the margins of every seller is so low, if his listing had the option of providing you the bill then the bill must have been sent
