To the Ebay team,
I am a new Ebay user, and a customer care executive at Ebay directed me to host my product on Ebay by giving me instruction on phone.
I had selected the option of Worldwide shipping for my product, but at that time i was not told that their is a cost to it, and nor this is mentioned on the Ebay site. Now after few days i get a bill from Ebay against 'international listing'. When I contacted the Ebay exec. on phone they said, worldwide shipping is international listing.
Firstly, i do not propose to pay for the invoice which has been generated, because i was not informed by the Ebay executive,nor was it mentioned on the webpage where i choose for worldwide shipping. This issue may kindly be noted responed by Ebay team.
Secondly, Worldwide shipping conceptually need not be International Listing, because a listing in India itself could generate buyers who are in India but want the product to be shipped to outside India.
