I'm glad to have an update for you on the specific case that you are concerned about and would like to assure you that you need not worry if the necessary information was highlighted in your listing.
Since I do not have the details of the Item sold we were not able to check the same but from the brief that you provided to us we understand that you had highlighted in your listing that
buyer has to check item on delivery and inform/ reject parcel in case of a problem.
I'd like to assure you that our claims team will surely consider the policies/warranties being highlighted by the sellers in their listings and we request the sellers to highlight the same during their discussions with the team appropriately.
Moreover, if the sellers feel that the feedback left by the buyers are unjustified they may always
contact us and file a report of unjust feedback.
