Shipment details unable to enster

Hi This is not the first time I have had this issue, I am unable to fill in the shipment details and then I have no choice except call customer and then wait for refund request to get initiated and then ask for manualy holding back the refund. If this continues and my problem is solve I will stop doing business through ebay.

@tupperwareworld This Paisapay policy is fair enough I find. When the buyer makes a payment through paisapay sellers are given certain no. of days to ship the item and update shipping details. If seller can't ship the item he can request the buyer for an extension. This is a fair policy. Sellers should have the decency to ship the item on time since a buyer has already paid for it.
