Coupon Not Received

I received the following message from eBay on 16th of Aug:

"Use coupon code KPUBYIJYTZ on minimum purchase of Rs.5000
to avail 15% off* on your next purchase
Redeeming your Coupon is easy!
1. Buy an item on eBay using above coupon code on or before 21st Aug 2012
2. Select “Pay using PaisaPay”
3. Enter Gift Coupon Code. Pay the balance using online banks transfer/credit card
4. The 15% Off coupon will be emailed to you by 24th Aug 2012"

I bought an item on the 21st and used the coupon but never received the 15% off coupon via mail as promised by eBay. I mailed Customer Support twice regarding the 15% off coupon and what will be the max limit on it and they never replied. I have an honest request if you can't or won't reply to member emails you might as well remove the Feedback Forum/Customer Support option from the site.

Thoroughly disappointed with the response.

I have the very same problem. I made the Rs. 5000 purchase only for the 15% discount to buy a phone as a birthday gift on the 25th. I still havent received the coupon, today being the 29th!

I have had a similar problem with eBay before and they dont seem to have the resources to keep up with their promises. I had made a purchase of >8000 to get a free Skullcandy Uprock Headphone. The product didnt arrive for more than 2 months and after repeated pestering and inquiries, they gave me a flat Rs. 1400 voucher, when the cheapest new Skullcandy headphone costed Rs. 1600.

eBay's reputation is maintained only because of their sellers. When eBay needs to offer discounts or free gifts they always default on it.

Please don't ruin your reputation with this and email the vouchers at the soonest!

Luckily I didn't had any issue with eBay before this. I received all the gifts they promised although they were delayed a bit but delivered nonetheless.

To be honest I'm really disappointed this time. I'll appreciate if anyone from eBay will at least have the decency to shed some light as to when will we receive the coupons, provided that they actually plan to send them out.

Otherwise this would be my last transaction with eBay. I'd rather use Futurebazaar or Flipkart here on as they have better prices and pretty good offers to accompany the products.
