I have been cheated by this seller; Sheetal diamond Jeweller from Bombay. His product does not stand for what he is selling for and is nothing close to the certificate he provides, he is a big time cheater, does not promptly refund the money and also does not address any issues with problems,

Hi Muskan,
As you have mentioned about the seller SHEETAL DIAMOND JEWELLERS, he is one of the most cheater and fraud seller operating on this site who sells his product at a very hefty prices because of mentioning very high inflated value of his product and luring the buyers to bid upon the item at a price much higher than there origional value. Incidently I also happened to be the victim of the seller for item id-25652489 for which he mentioned the TAG Price as Rs 110000/- and I being new to the Baazee that time bid upon his item for Rs 27000/- and won the item, but after recieving the item I learnt that it was much below the value paid to the seller and hence on asking him for the refund he clearly refused to refund my money.
Than after lots of pursuations and lots of pressure building techniques and lots of confrontation with the seller I finally managed to get refund of my money but after having a deduction of 25% of the amount paid. The only silver lining was that I had to suffer a loss of Rs 7000/- what otherwise had been the loss for full value of the item.
I strongly second you in your opinion and would like to caution all the prosepective buyers to be cautious while bidding on his items.
