Hello Team,

I have purchased an Item, Brand New Motorola Moto X 16GB Android Mobile Phone - Black

Seller has given me the shipment details which is incorrect, When I check the airwaybill# on DTDC site, it is showing the shipment details of an old shipment of November 13 2013.I have tried contacting the seller, on the above mentioned phone number, which is invalid, and tried emailing him atleast 3-4 times from my personal email as well as from ebay and have not got a response on this regard.

Please check with the seller on the shipment ASAP and respond back since it is been very tiresome to followup on this regard with out any proper seller information. Also I would like to know how ebay has allowed a seller to register and sell items with out verifying the contact details.
