Selling manager PRO - NEED URGENT HELP AND ADVICE !!! DESPERATE

I had downloaded selling manager pro when I received a cold call from ebay customer support to try to tool. The tool was advertised as a free tool for one month.
Obviously since I have never been able to sell or buy anything, and rarely visit the website, I though I can just try it and it will get deactivated automatically.
However I have been invoiced directly regarding the extended use of the tool for over 380 rupees without any intimation what so ever that the selling manager pro tool trial is over and billing period has been initiated.
I was on a tour of Delhi during this time and rarely look at e-bay since I had no access to internet.
Should Ebay not intimate the users before invoicing them?
I am very very frustrated. For selling tips, ebay used to reply immeidately but I have sent so many emails to them and they have not responded to this issue at all! Can someone advice me what is the status of invoice reversal?????

Actually Selling manager pro is an advanced selling tool for advanced users who sell on eBay ,its of no use even for new sellers, before subscribing you should have checked ,what exactly you are subscribing, You should not grab anything that is free.
Remember there are no free lunches in this world,
Then you don't check the Internet very often then how dose it matter even though if EBay wanted to inform you about the start of billing cycle.
My advice is sort out the matter with eBay team or livechat,
