Please track through website to find where is your item held up. You have to contact by email and over phone the Courier people everyday until your job is done. No other go. You may also contact the buyer to ascertain whether he received the item or not everyday. If one wishes to cheat you, the one can request delivery boy to keep for 10 days and then receive. By the time at the end of 7 days from the date of shipping,the buyer will file for refund and the eBay will approve refund as well. The eBay/PiasaPay requires hard copy proof of Delivery effected within 7 days from the date of shipping from the buyer and it does not accept any email from buyer or from courier. It may take another 100 days to get back your Money or the item or you may not get back at all. A suggestion for future is, Please contact buyer to track your item and email him everyday to contact the courier service delivery office in his/her area to receive the item soon.
