These seller are manipulating search results by offering free shipping to Delhi, but they are expressly stated in their listing description that they are not going to ship this item to Delhi, they are doing this to gain the privilege of free shipping Badge on their listing picture and top spot in search result.
I also suspect that they are actually alter ego of same person, who has many account.
I found many other doing this type of Unethical way to gain more clicks on their listing page.

Its not like that what you are thinking. eBay has there TNS team to find out suspicious activity.

So no need to worry its safe & secure place to buy & sell.
