Sorry to say that my first purchase in ebay ended up buying a FAKE Sony Product. When I gave feedback to ebay. I was contacted by seller and he kept on auguring on same. the tone and style was worse than "goon" and treatened me to remove feed back or he will make sure my sleepless nights (can it be called height of arrogance)

He send a mail directing what I have to do!, see below mail and his language

I might not return to ebay going by my first transaction

The product sent to you was 101% original and genuine Sony product.

You can take it to the service centre and get it checked.

We have a clear 7 days refund / replacement policy. If you had any problem then you should have contacted us.

After using the product for more then one and a half month you inform us that the product is fake.

We have already arranged pick up from your place by TNT courier and if the product is not working then we will replace it for you.

Dear Sir,

If it is original, You could have sent Warrenty pappers along with the shipment.
My intention is not get pelaced by another FAKE product. My intention is to make people aware of what can happen to their purchases.

You can go ahead to get this transaction refunded as I have alrady purchased OROGINAL similar product from retail store, SONY ICF-C218. Please have a look of this product with your product, You might learn next time
