Starting 29th August sellers will have the ability to initiate a refund to buyers for payments made through PaisaPay. Sellers can refund the entire amount paid for an item including shipping charges, within the timelines available for entering shipping details. After the refund has been raised, the buyer will receive the money back within 3 - 5 business days thereby improving the buyer experience. Once shipping details has been entered, seller will not be able to initiate refund
To initiate refund, seller will need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to My eBay
2. Click on My PaisaPay
3. Click on the Sold with PaisaPay tab and go to Not Shipped
4. Select the items to be refunded
5. Give a message explaining reason for refund
6. Click on the Refunds button at the bottom of the page
We will advise our sellers to initiate a refund to buyers only in situations where the item is out of stock or seller is sure that item will not be sourced within the PaisaPay shipping timelines. Similar to Auto INRs, seller initiated refunds are subject to existing policy of FVF credit on system initiated INR.
