There is a problem going on the shipping charges.
When a buyer (outside the city) purchases an product and select the mode of payment, he will be charged local shipping instead of National though he selects national shipping.
Example:
You have kept the shipping charges as :
Local Delivery: Rs.25/-
National Delivery: Rs.50/-
When a buyer checkouts, he/she will be charged like this:
National Delivery : Rs.25/- ---------------

Dear Navneeth,
I have faced this problem today. A buyer opted for Flat rate National courier of Rs.40 but he has been charged Free shipping as per Buyer Picks Up and Pays mode. Hope ebay will rectify this glitch soon. .
