Hello,

I'm facing problems since my first order. I have ordered two Products and Paid both of them through Paisapay and tilltime the product despatched by the seller, due to non payment from eBay.

Both items ( Item No. 5375833843 & 7503368822 ) Both are not now in eBay and the sellers are also pulled out.

eBay Paisapay received the amount Rs. 216/- for the Item 5375833843 as per SB422679 on 25/03/2005 BIL/000006745036/43093554 and Rs. 415/- for 7503368822 as per SB500594 on 25/03/2005 BIL/000006746483/43381487. But tilltime the seller does not despatched the materials due to the non payment and in my Buy account also does not have any entry. This is the first and last letter to you to resolve the problem.

Dear rajiprasanth,

PaisaPay dispatches money to a seller on weekly basis. however the seller can see in his My ebay account, the orders he has received via PaisaPay.

Regarding non receipt of product, I will request you to highlight your issue to the Customer helpdesk, using the following link:

Do not post replies without understanding the user's problem.

What the user is highlighting is that although he has paid via PaisaPay, it is showing as under process in his and the seller's myebay even after 5-7 days. This is highly unaceptable for such low value prodcts of under Rs.500/- which under the old system were auto approved.

Seller cannot dispatch product unless it is appears as paid in his my ebay.

And you are replying to the buyer to creat an unneccesary dispute with the seller when the culprit is PaisaPay????
