Paisapay STINKS

Two of my recent transactions have gone awry.

In the first, my bank reported succesful paisapay, but the seller never got the money. So looks like Ebay's kept it for themselves.

In the other, I got a receipt for my paisapay from Ebay, but the seller doesnt bother to respond.

Who do I contact in Ebay to solve these problems.

Never had these problems with Bazee.

Is there a scam afoot?

Regarding your query on seller not receiving the money:
The seller will receive the money on weekly basis. In case your transaction had failed due to technical reasons, your money will be refunded by PaisaPay

Regarding the seller not sending you the product, I will request you to highlight your issue to the Customer helpdesk, using the following link:
