Seller's seems to be fishy.... Need your help to check the seller

Hi all I am new to Ebay just a month old and I am going to make my fisrt purchase in ebay a Sony mobile worth rupees 20,000. So a liltle worried about the online deal.

The thing is my friend told to see no of item sold of particular item by a seller and see the feedbacks of him to check his reliability. But now I have got aseller who is offering my desired phone for about 500rs less than the other seller thats great but I see only 2 feedbacks taged with him and also the item is not soled to anyone yet. I am confused and also scared to buy.

Can anyone please help me out in checking the reliability of the seller
In case after paying if I dont recieve my item what action I can take to get my money back?

If you are investing 20k for an item, make sure that the feedback score of your seller should be at least 5% of the item price, that is 1000.
