Hi everyone,
I had ordered an item but the one that arrived wasn't what was shown in the listing. I called the seller and he asked me to send it back. I did and he received it. But unfortunately he wasn't able to procure the correct item till the end of the receipt deadline.
He has asked me today for a few more days to deliver the correct product.
My question is how do I tell eBay to give him a few extra days when day before yesterday I had confirmed to eBay that the ordered item wasn't received. There doesn't seem to be any email ID where I could request them to extend the receipt time a few more days and give the seller a few more days to deliver.
If anyone can help, please let me know. How do I contact eBay and request them on the sellers behalf to extend the deadline?
