I had bought a gemstone from seller 'raashiratna' who claimed the stone to be NATURAL ZAMBIAN EMERALD. However, when I consulted gemologists, they confirmed to me that the stone was Onyx and not Emerald. So, I raised a case on eBay and got full refund.
There are other customers who have faced the same problem. The seller does not sell ORIGINAL stones but claims them to be Original. This is cheating. And not many will get it verified assuming that the seller has given them original stones.
