Seller is cheating

Dear ebay india team on June 23rd 2011 i entered a bid of
rs 1300 for Zte modem with mts net lifetime free unlimited
download and won the bid on 24th June 2011,but after winning the bid the seller send me a mail stating that i will have to pay rs 6999 to buy that modem.the seller's name is anand verma from bihar.Kindly take an action against these kind of cheaters on ebay.

ahahah you think eBay management doesn't know about these cheaters? everything about eBay stinks ofcorruption misleasing customers and cheating, they are hand in glove with these sellers, no point complaining to them
