Seller convinced me to change the feedback in his favour before he replaced his item. Now he won't change the item or talk to me. What can I do? Can I submit my feedback again?

I think that ebay ha made their positon clear that thye are not rsponsibe for consequencsl in case a buyer and seller enter into soe private agreement . Depending on how ebay was kept in the picture in the process, there could be a recourse. So far I have had a good espereince with ebay with all the issues .
