There are a few sellers on ebay mentioning in tittle as well as Body - Samsung, Samsung Chip, etc.
Samsung is the almost monopoly manufacturer of flash memory modules in the world and almost all MP3 players use these. But this fact does not make the players Samsung.
The major part of the player is not memory but the asic (application specific integrated chip)which obviously Samsung will not supply to other makers.
Samsung also makes and sells MP3 players under its own brand name.
So calling Chinese Make MP3 players as Samsung is Misleading the Buyers.
Some of the MP3 Players claimed as Samsung are high copies of Samsung Models.
I have reported this to ebaY many times but to no avail.
I am posting it here so that buyers can make an informed decission and not be taken in by sellers calling their players Samsung or Samsung Chip.
