Sales Reports Plus should be free for eBay Shop seller?? But It is not? Y?

Dear eBay Team,
Please go through this link:

Here it is specified that "If you're an eBay Shop seller, you receive Sales Reports Plus free as part of your Shop subscription"

But when I try to subscribe for the same it shows that Rs. 99.00 will be charge per month.


Can anyone clearify the issue???

Even I have a shop and it shows Rs.99/- for Sales Reports Plus.

Using Normal Sales Report :-( ---------------

Hi,its really Shocking to see that even it is clearly Specefied in the help pages that Sales Report Plus will be Free for eBay Shop Seller,We are been charge Rs.99.00 for the same.

I expect a Good Explanation from eBay for the same.

Why You dont give a straight reply.You cant escape without a proper reasons for the same.

If eBay is not honest with Sellers, then how anyone can expect that buyers will trust eBay.

Dont wait for an reply from ebay mail them using the help link. Although i know the reply will be something like.

-"Sir it will reflect in your next invoice" -- LOL

Still you need to accept this as a part and parcel of the Indian style of functioning. Where people are shown free gifts/goodies and then stabbed in the back. (No indirect indications intended)

Still navneeth lets not give it up now, do keep the entire community posted on the matter !!

The above product changes will go live in the month of June 2006. We will give you more details about the change as we approach the launch date
