Dear Sir,
Plese help me in this regard.
Seller who is having userid (shy_dontshy) and mail (shy_0007@rediffmail.com) and Phone No 9967880639 from mumbai had posted a Used Nokia 6233 handset for sale, for i had bid a amount of Rs.7200 + Rs. 150 for delivery.
For this seller had offered me for second chance which i had accepted and paid partial amount on his personal account, Now he is no more a E-Bay member.
Please advise me how i can i proceed in this regard.

dear sir,

Try to contact the seller via phone , if its not reachable .please file Item not recived complaint at ebay & go for claim.

always see reputation of seller before buying anything on ebay , its reflect in feedbacks & comments of other buyers.

for secure buying pay via Paisapay , direct payment to bank ac is always risk.
