The above item was not received / not yet delivered as the maximum timeline given by seller is already completed.Now the seller also stopped to reply on my Message (via ebay).So, there is no reply from the seller after 2nd Aug 2012.

Now what should i do? Can i get my back from EBAY.in as for the above item ?
