SMS Verification for buyers not working

Hello ebay customer support !

I have selected an option wherein my buyers who have 0 feedback will have to complete the SMS verifiction process.
But i have received many complaints from bidders that the SMS verification process is not working. They are not receiving the SMS from eBay for the verification.
You are requested to please look into the matter and try to resolve it at the soonest.

I am not able to verify my account through sms as i havn't received the sms from your side.
Because of this , i cant even ask questions to sellers in case of any item & also cannot edit my account details.
kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

my no. is registered in paisapay and when i like to buy something it saying me that you not go through sms confirmation, and when i put the paisapay cell no. it denied and a gives a massage it use with another ide...i not understand the thing. plz help
