SEEKING HELP !!!! (regarding receiving payment from INTERNATIONAL SELLING)

Dear Ebay India Team,


Few concerns regarding international selling and receiving payments:

1.I sell old stamps which are collectables. Is it ok to sell collectable stamps in ebay.com and ebay.in?.

2.I dont sell it regularly as it is hard to find in volumes.

3.Auction amount (Final value )is not predictable as it depends on collectors who need the item.

4.How to send the stamp(single piece)internationaly(shipping) according to your new policies?.

5.How to receive money from paypal account for the sale of stamps?.

6.Suppose If i list in ebay.in and i do international listing, and eventualy the item is sold and buyer pays me through paisa pay.Still all the problem regarding receiving payment and shipment is there?.

or only problem is there with selling in ebay.com and accepting payment through paypal?.

I sell stamps from my personal collection which was accumalted long time back.I am not manufacturing it.So the question of purchase dosent arise.So how to estimate the value of the item?.

Please clarify... as soon as possible.

I defenitely believe that i dont belong to the group of exporters.Small scale sellers like me are hardly affected with your new policies.

OTHERS WHO SELL STAMPS IN AUCTION CAN ALSO GIVE ME A CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE ISSUES.I AM SURE THAT EBAY INDIA GETS A GOOD INCOME FROM STAMP SELLERS.SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY DOUBTS IMPORTANT AND GIVE US A REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

You can sell stamps that are less than 100 years old to the international buyers. You cannot sell any collectible that is more than 100 years old to any buyer outside India. It is punishable by law. Irrespective of your scale of business, you cannot sell anything such as Stamps, Coins, Collectibles, Documents etc that is more than 100 years old to anyone outside India. You can sell all of these things within India.

To receive money in your PayPal account you need to ask your customers to pay you via invoice. You cannot ask Person to Person payment now. You can't received even USD 1.00 as P2P transfer via PayPal now.

For International Selling amount if u want in Cash, Try to find out Seller Called " NiceShop4u " , he is the guy who can able to help u for the paypal cash.
