I bought an item online in ebay from activate cellular inc.
I paid the full amount on dec 11 and closed the deal.
Now it is 90 days old and there is no sign of the item from the supplier. Many mails were sent through ebay and the supplier has given a tracking # of USPS which reads

This is the status of the USPS shipment status.
As per their site no item was received, just got an electronic notification by the shipper.

neither ebay nor the supplier is taking action on getting the item delivered.

How many of you are facing similar issue with ebay.

I discourage people to use ebay and activatecellular for the unprofessional way things are handled.

You are too late now. eBay won't allow you to open an Item Not Received case after 31 days.

Now, nothing can be done.

If you had filed an Item Not Received case earlier, you could have received the refund. But its too late now.

Maximum 45 days are there for opening any kind of Dispute.

Still there is one chance. u can open a Cyber case again the seller in US or India. and Send them Notice Under Section (2)f. Still I will find the corrct pinal code and let u know.

what is the amount, which u paid ? and also u can have to check it with ur local post. cause some time they have parcels, but they dont update or send letters to the buyer. so first contact there.
