Return policy & discipline/penalty for cheat sellers

Dear Mr. Sharat
ebay is definitely popular & successful platform among sellers & buyers. I proud to be a part of this 7 enjoy every activity here. It is good but some sellers spoil the repute & post services/couriers work as a catalyst to them.penalties should be increased & cheaters must be penalised. Some seller use dummy bidders as themselves but do you think that it is purely authentic?
If item have not sent/misinterpreted/changed ebay must ensure the exchange is to be done within lesser time limits as given before.

Its a good suggestion.

A return/replacement tracking system can be incorporated with the orders.

There could be something like Tracking of courier.

can you go through the eBay policies. eBay already has the sellers tightly under its control..
and if you think the seller is cross bidding on an item,
you can always report such activity to eBay.
what else do you want eBay to do with sellers. Kill Them?
read the eBay policies and don't worry. eBay already has the sellers under its tight control.

some sellers advertise their wares on ebay and specify how many number of items are available with them, but when a buyer makes a purchase, they will be informing the item is not available with them and they are unable to deliver the purchased item. what can ebay do about the non-performing sellers?

I agree with your completely, but lets have the same severe non-performance penalty for the buyers too. Is it OK with you ????.

Remember that the buyer has a choice of selecting the seller but a seller has no such choice. 95 % of the buyer who come here crying, you will see that they have been duped because of their own greed, why do you blame the entire seller community for a few fly-by-night sellers. The choice between a good seller and cheap seller is few rupees only but most buyers choose the later, so........

dear all, I buy a LED TV worth Rs 38000 before 15 day, with in 15 day it display got faulty (No picture only sound) at the time of purchase seller said that don't worry we have 1 year dealer warranty but now he said this proble not covered under warranty please suggest what to do.
