Return courier charges still not refunded by the seller

I had purchased a laptop sleeve/cover on ebay. When i received the product, it was not as per the description as shown in the listing. Hence the product was returned to the seller - "ccierackonrent". Now ebay refunded me for the product price but the seller (ccierackonrent) has still not refunded the courier charges for returning the product. It has been almost a month since the seller first promised to refund the amount. I have contacted the seller many times - but to no avail. As a customer - what other recourse do i have against the seller?

i have bought item but damaged. i replaced with the same. but i have given instruction by ebay executive that i had to sent item and the courier charges will be refunded by the company.

i have completed all the formalities of company described in mail.

now no one is listening to me

what should i do ?

Same here.... Did you finally receive the courier charges? I have been promised to be compensated with Ebay coupons instead but now that I have sent the return courier, I didnt hear from them.
