I had purchased a laptop sleeve/cover on ebay. When i received the product, it was not as per the description as shown in the listing. Hence the product was returned to the seller - "ccierackonrent". Now ebay refunded me for the product price but the seller (ccierackonrent) has still not refunded the courier charges for returning the product. It has been almost a month since the seller first promised to refund the amount. I have contacted the seller many times - but to no avail. As a customer - what other recourse do i have against the seller?
