I bought Micromax A116 HD moblie from one seller on ebay on 10.07.2013 and paid using paisapay. The item was express delivered but was dead on arrival. When a claim was raised, I was told to contact seller and settle the matter amicably. The seller asked me to get a DOA certificate from service centre which I did and asked me to ship the item back to him which was also done. All these details were uploaded to insellerverification@ebay.com on directions from ebay customer care on 27.07.2013. Till today I have not recieved any communication from ebay customer care regarding the progress of the claim. When seller is contacted, I am told that he is unable to help me further as he has not recieved the payment. I am calling ebay customer care and all they tell me is that investigation is on and will revert back to me in 24 - 48 hrs. I feel the response is too slow and communication is not given in a proper manner. Customer is kept in dark by ebay and guessing whether the issue will get resolved.
